SCOPE OF POSITION: As the Inside Sales Account Executive, you will grow our Group Sales Business from our Small Business Account base. Through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, you will be responsible for driving attendance and revenue, managing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and exceeding sales goals.

This position is currently vacant and reports to the Group Sales Manager.

• Manage customer relationships and sales activities to drive revenue growth within your Sales Territory
• Generate leads for outbound prospecting efforts and provide timely follow-up to inbound inquiries
• Create and present virtual presentations to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients and maintain client records with CRM
• Upsell and educate clients on our portfolio of Six Flags products while answering questions about credit terms, products, program, pricing and availability
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs
• Provide weekly and monthly reports including progress towards goals, pipeline assessment, and trends happening within your Sales Territory
• Other duties as assigned

• Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field with experience in the Entertainment/Leisure industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Windows
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
• Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offering and industry trends
• The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts and exceed sales goals
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
